Afghan Vulnerable Community Empowerment Organization (AVCEO) is working together with communities to promote sustainable development and long-term resilience. Guided by our slogan, “Enabling Communities Through Contextualized Solutions,” we design and implement programs that respond to the real needs and priorities of the people we serve. AVCEO focuses on strengthening local capacities, improving livelihoods, expanding access to education, and supporting inclusive community development. Through collaboration, participation, and strong partnerships, we aim to empower communities to become self-reliant and to achieve lasting positive change.

We Are Non Profit Organization
Afghan Vulnerable Community Empowerment Organization (AVCEO) is an independent Afghan non-governmental, non-political, and non-profitable humanitarian organization established and registered with the Ministry of Economic with registration No. (Reg. #: 5087) in 2020.
AVCEO is a woman right and women focus NGO and mainly involved in the sectors of Food security and livelihood, Agriculture, Health, Nutrition, education, protection, Training and Capacity Building, Emergency & Relief services, WASH, and Community Development.
